Top rated Herne Bay cafes, boutique stores & hairdressers are within walking distance. Popular Herne Bay swimming Beach is a short stroll away, and other small bays. This small self-contained studio is situated in the back garden of our house and is accessed via its own private entrance. Please note there are a few stairs so no wheelchair access. It is fully equipped with its own bathroom, kitchen, washing machine and deck. It has one bedroom with a queen sized bed. Located in Grey Lynn, which is one of Auckland's very popular inner-city suburbs. We are close to public transport and only 10-15 minutes from the city centre and Ponsonby.

BTW - Once you book, you will have the wing to yourselves, even it's just you. Relax in the covered terrace with a cuppa in the morning and unwind with a beer or wine in the evening before hitting the many fine restaurants and eateries in the area. Tea, coffee, milk and "some treats" included.

Kia ora! We would love to host you in our separate studio where you can relax in private. It includes a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with a sofa/single bed. (Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

Our place is waterfront, close to parks and great views. The bay we're situated at is tidal, and there is a lovely boardwalk close by. You’ll love our place because of the views, the ambiance, and the location. Our place is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids older than 7 years). We have a Jack Russell dog and a cat.
