This spacious studio apartment is nestled against the mountain in a quiet and safe neighborhood located at the top of the Bountiful hills. Hiking and biking trails are located across the street and all around. Two golf courses are located down the street in one direction while a recreation center with an olympic sized pool with water attractions for kids is located in the other direction. Watch the sun set over the Great Salt Lake from your own covered patio with an amazing view. With covered guest parking, a full bath complete with a walk-in shower and a tub, and a fully stocked kitchen, this will be your home away from home. With only 7 mins. to the freeway, 19 to the airport, and 19 to downtown Salt Lake City, this location is ideal. Close to all the world-class ski resorts Utah has to offer for year-round fun. Just six houses away from the beautiful Bountiful Temple belonging to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. This completely private studio apartment, with it’s own entrance, is located in the walk-out basement of our family home. It has a fully stocked kitchen, a large screen TV, and a washer and dryer.

Cozy Home with Spa Getaway

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home. Right off I15 puts you 15 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, 10 minutes from Lagoon and Farmington Station and less than 5 minutes from many restaurants and grocery stores. All you need is just minutes away. Hot tub, BBQ grill and picnic table for enjoying the outdoors. There is a park just 2 blocks away. We have a coffee and hot chocolate bar to help get you going in the morning. No cleaning fee! Did I mention great location?

Family Dream Home 10 min. from Salt Lake City

Come stay in our family friendly, roomy, extremely entertaining 2 bedroom, 2 level basement apartment! Our play room, slide, swings, and back yard are exactly what your family needs. We have 2 parks and a bike trail right out the door to your space. It is the perfect place for rest or play. Whichever your vacation calls for (probably both at times)! We do live upstairs and you may hear some walking, but we keep our kids as quiet as possible. We do not allow smoking or parties on the property.

Enjoy a stylish & cozy stay at this centrally located rental. A great midpoint between SLC and Ogden ski & hiking areas. Safe neighborhood with a private entrance. 15 min from the airport & downtown SLC. We have young kids, so expect some daytime noise, stomps & play. They settle by 9 PM.
