Little Monticello

Little Monticello is a spacious 3 bedroom home one block away from the beautiful river front. Great walking paths. Walking distance to downtown Newburgh dining and shops. The master bedroom has a king size bed , bedroom # 2 has a queen size bed and dressing table. Bedroom #4 has a set of twin size bunks. Bedrooms 1&2 have TV’s in them. The side porch is great for relaxing or hanging out with the little ones. There is a full size washer and dryer located in the kitchen area behind the barn door.

Bourbon Escape is located in the hospital district with-in minutes of everything Evansville and Newburgh has to offer. Family friendly 2 bed 2 bath! Charming and convenient space in downtown historic Newburgh. Easy walk to the scenic riverfront and downtown area which includes ice cream shops, restaurants, shopping and hair salon. Short walk to beautiful Rivertown Trail! Come explore downtown Newburgh and with easy access to multiple sites in Evansville the location is fantastic! This is our personal home we use when lucky enough to be in the area. Our daughter married a sweet young man from here & we fell in love with this beautiful, friendly community and its adorable waterfront and downtown areas. This newly constructed Craftsman Cumberland is a great place for the whole family, couples, or small groups to come relax and have fun. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, so everyone can have their own space. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom, while the other 2 queen bedrooms share a full bath. There's also a pull-out couch to make an additional full bed if needed. Come stay with us!
