Check out our historic home on the desirable NW side of Grand Rapids. You'll feel at home in this cozy space that highlights the historic character. Within minutes from Grand Rapids hot spots such as Founders Brewery, Van Andel Arena, DeVos Performance Hall and so much more! Enjoy breakfast at the charming Westsider Cafe, grab a delicious vegan treat from Rise Bakery or pick up some fresh local meats from Franks Market. Grab an Uber or the bus to check out all that our city has to offer!

Welcome! This clean, quiet apartment is one half block from Wealthy Street..and the lively restaurants and entertainment available in Uptown. Only 5 minutes from the exciting downtown nightlife! One onsite parking spot. Keypad access to completely separate apartment. Dreamcloud king bed (3 or more ppl = comfy blow up mattress), 2 smart TVs, stove, fridge, microwave, charging ports. Free coffee, tea, basic cooking/bakeware, and ingredients. Plus shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer.

35 private acres of forest on rolling hill terrain. Lots of wildlife nestled very close to the flat river; 30-40 minutes away from Grand Rapids. The Fred Meijer trail provides great biking or hiking opportunities. Lazy float tubing or kayaking down the flat river is very popular and only a short walk away. Horse back riding, golf courses, and an amazing local bakery all within a couple miles. And a fun sport court (basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton/pickelball net all right on site!

The Amberg House - a Frank Lloyd Wright Original

Staying in a house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright is a bucket list item for fans of America's most acclaimed architect. The Amberg House was completed in 1911 at the pinnacle of Wright's Prairie Style influence. Though every Wright home is special, the Amberg House is a unique collaboration between Wright and Marion Mahony. Mahony worked with Wright from 1896 until 1909. A graduate of MIT, she was the first woman to be licensed as an architect in the US.
