This is a wonderful, just renovated in 2024 cottage in the gorgeous Soca Valley, located on a private sunny area, a few meters from the Soca River. The house offers 2 double bedrooms and a large quality sofa bed. Lots of outdoor garden and sitting areas. BBQ. The cottage was renovated an finished in June 2024 and offers high end living and quality furnishings, linens and amenities. The kitchen has everything you need for dining as well as a large dining table for 6. Wifi and a smart TV.

Unsere Unterkunft liegt nur 4 km von Velden am Wörthersee entfernt. Das Skigebiet Gerlitze ist in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Klagenfurt und Villach sind ebenfalls nur 20 Minuten entfernt, was die Erkundung der Umgebung erleichtert. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine vollausgestattete Küche, ein gemütliches Doppelbett und eine ausziehbare Wohnlandschaft für bis zu 4 Personen. Das Badezimmer bietet eine Badewanne und Dusche, und ein Schreibtisch steht zur Verfügung. Willkommen bei uns! 🙂

Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und das 6000 Quadratmeter große Grundstück grenzt mit 3 Seiten an einen märchenhaften Wald. Das Haus liegt zentral in Kärnten und nur ca. 3 Kilometer von der Autobahnabfahrt Velden West und vom Wöhrtersee entfernt. Im Garten befindet sich ein Gartenbungalow der ebenfalls mitbenützt werden kann. Im Haus befinden sich 2 Wohneinheiten zu denen je ein Parkplatz gehört.

Das Ferienhaus mit Garten steht in idyllischer Lage auf 845 m Seehöhe in der Gemeinde Liebenfels, ca. 20 km von Klagenfur entfernt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Panoramablick auf die Karawanken sowie das gesamte Glantal. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.
