Private beach cabin, Vashon Island

Some say the cabin has a nautical feel with galley kitchen, wood paneling and brass light fixtures. In the bathroom, copper pipes become towel racks. Outside there are deck chairs and more by the water along with a meditation maze made from beach stones. The lighthouse is a short beach walk away. The reading and writing room, across the path, is a refuge for solitary study or work. Enjoy the water, marine life and birds here where each season brings new joy and sometimes, excitement.

Featured in Cascade PBS Hidden Gems, our 1930's beach cottage is located on 100 feet of private beach front on historic Crystal Springs. Completely renovated in 2022, the home features a chef's kitchen, cozy designer furnishings and stunning Puget Sound Views. Three bedrooms, two baths and vaulted great room perfect for gatherings. Take in sunsets, watch marine life & relax on 100 feet of private waterfront. Hike nearby trails & just minutes to Pleasant Beach Village shopping and restaurants.

Enjoy sea life such as sea lions, seals, otters, and orcas. 420 sq.-ft. unit has a queen size bed w/ privacy sliding door, small kitchenette (microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker and dishes/flatware), iron, thermostat, cable TV, Wi-Fi and year round hot tub inches from Puget Sound.

Wake up to spectacular views of Puget Sound and Mt. Rainier from this 700 sf, 2-story, chic and comfortable cottage on a 40 acre waterfront property. The southern exposure beach is ideal for strolling, beach combing, and relaxing. The beach has a picnic area, fire pit, propane bbq, hammocks, and lounge chairs awaits you for outdoor r & r. Trails through the forest for hiking nearby. Mountain bike trails at Dockton Pk..Your pet is welcome, leashed, with an additional pet fee.

Vashon Beach House- KVI Waterfront

Welcome to the Vashon Beach House. Located on sought after sandy KVI Beach. No high bank bluffs or trails. This is the only waterfront house located at beach level in the area. The home has been in our family for over 100 years. The flavor is Northwest Beach while also trying to make your stay as comfortable as we can. Our home boasts hand-hewn original rustic beams, yet also offers full wifi, TV with Netflix / Amazon Prime/ Hulu: Sonos speakers.
