This is a newly built guest suite with a separate entrance, full kitchen, W/D and tons of natural light. 1BD 1BTH with a pool table, one king size bed and one queen inflatable bed. We may add other amenities but the guest suite is the designated area for guests.

Less than 2 miles from Provo River trail and Murdock Canal trail and just 15 min. from Sundance ski resort! We are also about 15 min from BYU and UVU. And only 20 min. from the now expanding Provo Airport.
