Welcome to our tranquil lakeside retreat! Recently remodeled, nestled in the heart of nature, this home offers breathtaking views and modern amenities. In the open-concept living area, you'll be greeted by stunning views of the shimmering lake. The interior has a cozy and contemporary ambiance. Venture down to the private dock for some sun, swim, hammock, or fishing. Kayaks, paddleboards, and fishing gear are available. Also, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4, and Cornhole games are available.

Enjoy a getaway close to the lake and the GA mountains. 2 kayaks available for your use. Or bring your boat, house is less than 200 yards from Lake Nottely ramp. Close to many mountain trails and waterfalls. At the end of the day enjoy dinner in one of the nice restaurants in historic downtown Blairsville. The house is a new construction, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, fireplace, one bedroom with a king sized bed, loft with bunk beds and 2 decks to enjoy the sunrise and sunset.

Space includes a large great room with fireplace, pool table, theater room, dinette area, small kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, griddle and crock-pot. 12x60 covered patio. Gas grill with side burner. During the summer season, you can rent our pontoon boat for $225 a day. You will need to reserve it in advance to make sure it is available.
