The Pelly: An adorable one bedroom near everything

The Pelly is a cute basement unit with a private entrance. It sleeps four in a queen and a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a hot plate, a microwave, and a small fridge/freezer, plus a washer and dryer. The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.

Note that you may hear daytime noise from the family living room above, but nights are reliably quiet.

Pleasant, large, mother-in-law type second unit in the lower level of our home with beautiful views of Lake Washington. Quiet residential neighborhood in South Seattle. Close to Boeing in Renton. Convenient to Kent, Renton, and Tukwila. Accessible to downtown Seattle and Bellevue during off peak hours and still accessible if you’re willing to commute. The unit has a steep path to get down to the entrance.
