A modern and fully equipped accommodation, suitable for smaller - large families or groups. This 1-8 person accommodation is located in Skåne, Svedala, just a half-hour drive from Malmö, Lund, Ystad, Trelleborg, and Copenhagen. Close to the beach, forest, culture, golf courses, birdwatching, and more. The house is used as a guesthouse year-round. It is a well-equipped and relatively new stone house from 2012, situated on the host's property with a view of the courtyard and surrounding fields.

Beautiful farmhouse 6 min from the beach

Lovely traditional farmhouse from 1850. The house is approx 130 m2 with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen and a big livingroom with a kitchen island and fireplace. The guesthouse has a separate entrence, garden and bbq-facilities. You will also have access to plenty of social areas (shared) such as our beautiful enclosed garden, the newly renovated sauna+relax, wine cellar, gardenhouse or the warm outside spapool. The house is kids-friendly with a playhouse, trampoline, toys and boardgames.

UNIKT SOMMARHUS PÅ MAGISKT LÄGE

En liten bit av paradiset... Det är så det känns när man kliver in i detta fantastiska hus som ligger nedbäddat bakom kritvita sanddyner på en stor naturtomt vid havets rand. Huset, i välbevarat originalskick från 1961, har en anspråkslös elegans och är samtidigt så genialiskt i sin enkelhet. Arkitekten bakom skapelsen är Sten Samuelsson som ritade det tillsammans med ägaren, den välkände fotografen Georg Oddner som hade detta som sommarhus. Här kunde han dra sig undan och njuta av lugnet.

Detta nyrenoverade (juli 2025) hus från 1940 ligger på landet, med närhet till mindre samhälle med livsmedelbutiker, apotek, pizzerior mm. Fantastisk natur med sockerbetor, vete, korn, raps och andra grödor runt knuten. Lummig avskild trädgård för grillning och avkoppling. Två sovrum på ovanvåningen och badrum och stora sällskapsrum på nedervåningen. Endast 12-14 minuter till Smygehuk, TT-Line och Trelleborg, ca. 40 minuter till Ystad, Lund, Malmö och Kastrup. The house is only min walk away from the from the 18 hole Beddinge golf course, making it an excellent stay for golfers.
