Nestled on 4 acres and located in the heart of Waterloo recreation area, this 280sq ft skoolie boasts comfort and eclectic energy! Sure to please the outdoor enthusiast, the property is surrounded by public land with the Pinckney Waterloo Trail crossing at the end of our driveway, and several nearby lakes. Located 30 minutes to Ann Arbor, 15 minutes to downtown Chelsea which offers plenty of great eats and drinks, 20 minutes to downtown Jackson, 10 minutes to Sandhill crane winery.

This beautiful loft is located in the upstairs level of a lovely downtown building. The spacious feel, the elegant details and the rustic chic decor create a "tastefully-delightful" experience. Details for comfort include three large flat screen tv's, wifi, cable, fire & alarm system, single-serve or whole pot Keurig coffee system, comfortable furnishings and bedrooms so beautiful that you can't choose which one to make your own. Free public parking is located at the rear of the building.

The Barn Quilt Bungalow- Views of horses right out your window! Includes 1 bedroom (queen), 1 pull out mattress (queen), 1 bathroom (shower only), living room, kitchen, heat & A/C. Walk the trails or walk to the winery. MAX OCCUPANCY is TWO guests. You can add a third for $30/night. Guests may not bring additional people, no matter how long. Airbnb will be contacted immediately if you exceed the max occupancy. No children, animals, or service animals (allergy/ health hazard).

Cozy Carriage House At the Lake

Make wonderful memories at this unique & quiet family-friendly place. A 1 person & 2 person kayak included. Bonfire with s’mores (ingredients are on the house)! A darling treehouse, (read, draw & paint on canvases provided)! A swing-set is in the backyard for the kids to enjoy. Views of lake from the carriage house & views of the garden and woods in the back. Game room below the carriage house for rainy day activities including ping pong, board games and TV. Outdoor games available.

Walk to restaurants, winery, brewery. 25 m to Ann Arbor. 13 to MIS. 7 to Hidden Lake Gardens. Decks for summertime dining and gardens filled with flowers.

Owner lives right next door and is available for any assistance needed.
