Balsam Heights

Situated on the North side of Timmins, this well-lit and peaceful upper unit apartment has everything you need for a long-term stay including a 1-bedroom with ensuite and a fully stocked kitchen with a microwave, fridge, stove, pots and pans, utensils, plates and more! There is a comfortable futon with extra bedding in the living room that can accommodate 1 person. There is also a desk that can serve as an office space. WIFI and Netflix are included. Free parking.

Welcome to Le Bleu Marin, longer stays welcome!! This retro-moody inspired, 2 bedroom 1 bath basement suite can accommodate up to 4 guests. The space has been recently renovated with guest comfort in mind. Guests can enjoy the comfortable velvet couch & lounge in the hanging chair. On those chilly winter nights, turn on the fireplace and relax while watching any program on the 55" smart TV. The shared driveway can accomodate two vehicles.

House of the Rising Sun

Come away and relax in a uniquely refurbished piece of history. The locally known Tilton Hilton has been remodelled into a spacious three bedroom getaway. High ceilings and natural light overlook beautiful Frederick House Lake. Spend time admiring the sunset or cast your line off the dock. Renovated 2 bedroom (1 queen +1 bunk bed) walk out basement apartment with private entrance at Nellie Lake. We live upstairs in the main house. Enjoy all the amenities of lakeside living. Take a swim in the refreshing water, fish off the end of the dock, paddle the lake in one of the kayaks or lounge in the sun. Enjoy sunsets and the call of the loons.
