Hike local trails, beach it up at Warren Dunes State Pk, bike ride country roads -Explore Harbor Country. Wonderful dining, brew pubs and wineries to explore. Open living space w/large DR. Primary BR +bth w/shower. 2nd BR w/full bed +single bunk. Large back porch +fenced yard. 2 large TV’s, Wifi/cable. Daybed front porch.

This town is divine and very fun~ restaurants, galleries, Journeyman Distillery, Antiquing & Warren Dunes (epic hiking, dog-beaching-as private or social as you like). My artsy, sunny and cozy home welcomes you! We back up to 3 + acres of private woods, a fresh spring fed brook and seconds from some of the best biking roads in the midwest! My place is VERY private yet 10 minutes to 3 Oaks for an evening of fun, live music & shows @ The Acorn! .

Welcome to our modern minimalist tiny house located a half mile from Warren Dunes State Park beach and 1.5 miles from all that Sawyer Michigan area has to offer. Tiny is the second dwelling on this property and is technically a mobile tiny house. While we do have electricity and water, much like an RV the drains run to holding tanks. This means VERY LIMITED WATER USE for showers and toilet flushing. It features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and a queen bed in the small loft.
