The go-to beach for Paddle surfing on all these coasts. We love to take a walk from home to this beach and come back. Feels great to smell the sea in the morning.

A small beach, hidden from winds. The best spot for SUP (stand up paddle) with long waves. Here you can find the school and a rental GUSU. During a low tide a rocky bottom appears with natural pools. At a high tide not recommended for kids since waves become too strong and it is too deep.

If you would like a relaxing beach day I realy recomend praia da Parede. This beach is not very touristic and is known almost by locals. Here you can have a drink with sea view or have some nice sunbaths. But remember... always use sun cream :) Very recomended for families with children.

Parede Beach! Stand Up Paddle & Longboard, School. - You can also find restaurantes and coffee shops. -Excellent for Spearfishing!
