The Duke Of York is a traditional pub in the Cathedral Quarter of Belfast. There is an extensive selection of both (Irish) whiskeys and (Scotch) whiskies, and lots of other good stuff to drink too. Hope to see you there soon!
A pub that feels like a little museum with a very photogenic cobble street alleyway outdoor drinking area. This pub is a favourite with locals and visitors to the city. Often has live music inside.
This bar is located in Belfasts Cathedral Quarter which connects many bars via narrow cobble stone streets. the thing I like about this bar is that most of the people sit outside on the street with their drinks, and they play live music and serve food, which creates a festival type atmosphere.
Wonderfully ornate bar which always has a good atmosphere and often has live traditional Irish music.
In the heart of Belfast's bustling Cathedral Quarter, this old-style pub is full of interesting paraphernalia, craic and atmosphere!
“Usually packed at the weekend, this place is a firm favourite with locals. You'll usually find great music and a buzzing atmosphere!”
“Tavern pub, dubbed to be Belfast's oldest pub! Live music and outdoor seating, pub grub, Kellys is a gem in Belfast's crown. Traditional music every night at 9, go early, it can get very busy!”
“Belfast’s latest Cathedral Quarter experience. Good food, live music and great atmosphere. 300 years old building. Open 7 nights a week. Traditional Irish music. Free entry every night”
“Guaranteed a good meal in this restaurant. Check out their menu online. They have several different locations, however Talbot Street is my personal favourite. Right in the heart of Cathedral Quarter, perfect spot for some food before you go for a few drinks.”
“It serves the best of fresh seafood in a causal setting in the city centre. Worth visiting the neighbouring Kelly Cellars for a Guinness; it is one of the oldest pubs in Belfast and often has traditional Irish music! ”
