If you have not had a bifana then you absolutely MUST have one (or two). Hands down, these are probably the best bifanas in all of Portugal. A slightly spicy shredded pork au jus on on a bread roll. It is hard to eat just one. Enjoy this taste treat with a SuperBock fino (the local draft beer).
Try the best Bifana in the city. Very traditional house where all the locals go to. Specially when there are football matches, they play all the big games on the tv.
“A typical coffee town used as a meeting point for many young people. It's near the Dragon Stadium.”
“ANOTHER SANDWICH YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS We know, by now you are thinking that Porto only has to offer bread, cheese and meat. Sorry, but “Venham mais 5” also had to be present in this list. Its famous sandwiches are made with steak and “queijo da serra” and since it is close to Guedes you can simply have one in each place.”
