The Peumayén Ancestral Food project is the result of an in-depth investigation into the culinary roots of Chile, expressed in a letter that combines products, techniques and original preparations of the main ancestral cultures of pre-Hispanic Chile. 6-course tasting menu and cocktails. Prior reservation is required. It is not cheap.
