This is a GEM! Extremely tasty salads, try the Tomato Tamari dressing- YUM! Organic food, lots of variety, great cozy atmosphere. My favorite entree is the Chicken with Brie;)

This is a personal favorite in downtown Frederick. It's a whole foods restaurant specializing in chicken, seafood and vegetarian cuisine. Everything is house-made using only natural and many organic ingredients - soups, salads, sandwiches, stir-fries and dinner entrees. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed! Consistently supporting local farms, this farm-to-table restaurant offers a varied "healthy" menu that includes seriously good vegetarian/vegan options. Ask for "Chelsea" to be your server!!
