Only two train stops then you're in the city. Coming back to South Yarra from the city, take any of the following train lines: Packenham, Cranbourne, Dandenong or Frankston. Also where you can top up your MYKI card.

Large train station that carries the Frankston, Cranbourne, Pakenham and Sandringham lines. Two stops to the CBD (Parliament or Flinders St stations depending on whether trains go through the City Loop) and one stop to Richmond (MCG, Australian Open Tennis, AAMI Park). There is also a tram stop for the number 8 line outside the station on Toorak Rd.
