OH so good! Authentic Sichuan cuisine that is some of the best I've ever had. I particularly like the hot pots. Enjoy!

Make sure to pick up the Chinese menu (written in English) and not the American menu if you want authentic Sichuan food (spicy and hot).

Sichuan Gourmet has a huge menu--the first 60% is the "authentic Chinese" section, and the second 40% is the "American Chinese" food you'd expect. Take a chance, and order from the first part, to see what you've been missing! (I recommend the Kong Pao Chicken in Chengdu style.)
