Hong Kong Lounge II

You know a place is phenomenal when you open an outpost five minutes down the road and both are packed with lines out the door. For many locals, HK Lounges are synonymous with authentic dim sum. The menu is English friendly and for those in the know, there are often off-the-menu dishes. And despite the white tablecloths, the vibe is casual and it won’t break the bank. The pan-fried shrimp and chive dumplings are incredibly flavorful — they taste like there’s an entire bunch of chives packed into a single order. The black sesame rolls are some of the best individual pieces of dim sum ever, in my opinion. They’re dusted with a little sesame powder on the top. Major yum.
Authentic dim sum (expect lines) and Cantonese food. Great for dinner with a group. Make reservations as this small restaurant is often full. Not cheap but worth the great service, tablecloths and clean atmosphere and delicious food. (Dim sum is typically only eaten at lunchtime).
“Another coffee shop that boasts the beloved minimalist interior so common in San Francisco, they actually have plenty of tables and electrical outlets, and their wifi speed is a rarity in a cafe where the coffee service alone is worth a visit. I really like coming here and just getting lost in a book or personal project on the weekends. If you want, they’ll serve their cold brew in a Mason jar with boba balls.”
“For one of the best places for a croissant in the Bay Area and arguably the Country, please don't miss on this one. Go early t avoid the long lines and be sure to get an Almond Croissant which we think is the BEST!”
“Best Japanese Ramen in San Francisco IMHO. The Vegan Tantuman is Michelin recommended”
