Lime Kiln Point State Park
Lime Kiln Point State Park is a 36-acre day-use park on San Juan Island. The park features a historic lighthouse and is a popular whale watching location.
Also known as Whale Watch Park, the viewing areas along the cliffs of Lime Kiln State Park are a favorite spot to watch the Orcas.
This is a beautiful place for a short walk by the water, a picnic area or to sit and wait for the whales. Bring a guitar, a game or just a friend and enjoy the view from tables or just sit on the rocks. Bring an extra blanket just Incase it’s windy and it’s a beautiful place to watch the sun set…
