The easiest way to get there is take tram 2 to Leidseplein and walk back to the rental place. If you want to explore the city like an Amsterdammer.

Mc Bike, Overtoom 45 is the place to go if you would like to rent bicycles. Nice and helpful people

You can't rent bikes at MacBike at the Overtoom and ride around the Vondelpark on a beautiful day. The actual typically Dutch experience as everyone here rides and owns a bike.

Take tram 12 on Wiltzanghlaan to Amstelstation, leave at stop Eerste Constatijn Huygenstraat and you'll find MacBike in front if you in the big street.
