Point of Interest
“Very relaxing and beautiful views. Check their website for admission prices, but that includes the splash pad and a couple of water slides. Well worth it.”
“Weekends often have free shows/competitions. Lots of neat restaurants, bars, shopping!”
“Don't let the location fool you! This place will delight you with it's tasty local menu.”
“15 minutes up the road is The DuPont State Forest. The Park is known for several spectacular waterfalls, as well as miles of biking, hiking, and horseback trails. Several of our cover photos are from there and it is a magnificent place. It might be somewhat familiar to you if you have ever seen the movie “The Hunger Games” and “The Last of the Mohicans.” I think there are tours if you’re interested. The hiking to the waterfalls is more of a long walk. There are no food vendors nearby.”
