This little pocket of Japan in an English setting is a beautiful green space with a beautiful koi carp pond. The best thing about it is the 16 peacocks that roam free around the grounds. We actually take our guests here as part of our Inner Fix Experience—it’s the perfect place to lead a group meditation as it’s not that well known and very tranquil. This garden is part of the grounds of Holland Park Opera, so you could book tickets for the opera and arrive ahead of time to allow for an immersive experience of peacefulness and peacocks.

Designed by a celebrated Japanese garden designer, this section of the park is exceptionally well maintained, with burbling waterfalls and a pond, in which you might be able to spot bright orange fish . Visit in the spring or in the autumn for the most majestic views.
