Vegan/Vegetarian Digs that keep it cool. Very short walk (<1 mile) and great for a healthy and delicious meal.
For all of our Vegan and Vegetarian friends, the Wild Cow has you covered. They have a truly amazing menu that’s been a favorite of locals for the past six years. Some of their dishes are so delectable that you would never even realize that they’re completely meatless.
Must go place for vegetarian, vegan and/or gluten free options. Satisfies tough dietary requirements without sacrificing yummy-ness. Now in their new location - with a full bar:)
“Known for creative margarita variations & Mexican fusion dishes as well as a festive patio.”
“Jeni's is the best ice cream we've ever had. They use all natural ingredients and have an amazing selections of unique and tasty flavors! They let you try as many of the flavors as you like before committing to a scoop or three. There is also a Jeni's in the Nashville farmer's market is you find yourself there.”
“So this is one of our favorite spots in East Nashville. They have a great selection of Asian-inspired small bites and their house-made ramen noodles are amazing. Definitely try the sake punch! Thursday happy hour from 4:00pm to 6:00pm includes 2-for-1 Kirin, $6 house red, $6 white wine, $6 sake punch, $5 infused Shochu (selection rotates), $3 steamed edamame, and $5 crispy rice spicy tuna.”
“Simple spot with craft beers on tap & New York - style pizzas made to order or by the slice.”
“Ugly Mugs offers full-service coffee selections and a breakfast/lunch menu. It may be difficult to accommodate a large group (8+) for seating as it is the local favorite for remote workers but it is a perfect destination to get coffees/teas to go. Located in the Eastland Neighbors section of East Nashville, close to Jeni's Ice Cream, Five Daughters Bakery, RosePepper Mexican Cantina, and Two Ten Jack Izakaya and Ramen House.”
