The Murray Hill Market is on a quiet brick street in Little Italy and offers many options. The sandwiches from the deli are excellent as well as the made-fresh-daily soups. There is always a vegetarian soup option . There are a few tables (check on the upper level for more seating) for casual dining.

This little grocery store offers the basics you might need. They also have prepared take out food which I highly recommend. All food is freshly made on site. There is a permanent menu but also they have a daily menu.
