Expertly prepared Neapolitan-style pizzas are Bar del Corso's specialty. Their sides and salads are also amazing, such as tonno del chianti (pork shoulder slowly braised in olive oil) and grilled octopus with corona beans. One of my favorite restaurants in all of Seattle.

Beacon Hill neighborhood staple for wood-fired pizza. On a weekday the street will be quiet but you head into Bar del Corso and it's totally packed. Sooo delicious!
“Very authentican Mexican dishes. We tried pork carnitas with green sauce and they were excellent. The staple dish that they are known for is fish tacos. In the summertime, they open up the backyard and it gets very packed!”
