A traditional seafood bar that you order from the counter. It looks rough, but it's the best. Think of it as Brazilian and Portuguese tapas, and take advantage of the small plates to sample a lot.
I highly recommend this seafood restaurant - they have friendly staff, great food, super atmosphere and it is reasonably priced
The first shopping of Copacabana. Now full of antiques stores and art gallery.
“Guerin padaria for coffee and amazing cakes. Great breads too, you can see the bakers working as you queue - highly recommend!”
“Statue at Copacabana Palace is meeting point for tour guides Zezinho & Dembore who live in Rocinha -cool guys who run community youth project www.rocinhamediaschool.org To book www.favelatour.org ”
“Also known as Pedra do Leme. It is nice to drink your coconut water under it with a great view of Copacabana beach, but you can also take the track to go up there and than it turns really wonderful!”
“General Osório is also a spot you do not want to miss. The hippie fair happens here on Sundays. It is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, etc.”
