House of 18th-century botanist Carl Linnaeus. Garden and museum with cafe and shop open during summer months.
A quaint teaching garden, where Linnaeus used to hold lectures. Lots of herbs, but really only worth a look in spring and summer. You have to buy a ticket (40kr) to get in.
“Great selection of bread, pastries & cakes! Best cafe in Uppsala with a home made selection which is hard to choose from. Nice atmosphere, beautifully decorated in a historic building. Outdoors area for the sunny days. Perfect place to sit & talk, grab a glass of wine, or just watch the locals.”
“For those who like seafood this restaurant is a must! Scandinavian, european seafood restarurant. Lovely food. Knowledgeable staff and great service. I love that you can buy quality food and ingredients at their disk. Personally I'm not a fan of seafood but when I eat seafood that's the place where I do it! Nr 1 restaurant at Tripadvisor.”
