We opened Pizzeria Paradiso so we could make the kind of pizza where the crust was the most important part. We started with a wood-burning oven. We also wanted our guests to feel like they were being treated to the comfort of home, so we placed the oven at the heart of the restaurant.
Solid pizzeria with a huge selection of beers on tap. As for the pizza, the margherita is quite satisfying, with the smaller version being easily shareable between two friends. The beer selection was quite a huge bonus, with rotating, well-curated picks from all over the country and the world…
