复兴公园在整个上海是唯一一个保存得很完整的古典式园林风格的园林，同时也是很具有代表性的中西式结合的园林，走近这里似乎一整天下来的烦恼都能被这景色磨到烟消云散。 Fuxing Park is the only well-preserved classical garden style garden in Shanghai. It is also a representative garden combining Chinese and Western style. It seems that all the troubles of the whole day can be worn away by this landscape.

复兴公园拥有超过一百年的历史，曾是上海租界内最大的公园，也是上海最著名一座法式公园，以安静高雅著称。作为上海历史最久的公园之一，也是中国现在保存最完整的法式园林，复兴公园造园采取规则式与自然式相结合的布局：中北部采取规则式，其中的沉床式花坛体现了法式风格；西南部则以自然式为主，在建造中亦融入了中式元素，体现在公园南部亭子与池塘、假山的布置上。2014年，正值复兴公园建成105周年之际，公园被猫途鹰评为中国十大最受欢迎的公园之一。

Fuxing Park (simplified Chinese: 复兴公园 Fùxīng gōngyuán) is located in the former French Concession of Shanghai, China, in Luwan District near Nanchang Road; the main entrance is at the cross street of Fuxingzhong Road and Chongqingnan Road. It was once the largest park in Shanghai. The park was laid out by the French in 1909. The park, about 10 ha. in size, is designed in the French style, with a lake, fountains, covered pavilions, and flowerbeds. Early morning, the park fills with dancers, card players, mahjong enthusiasts, and tai chi solo and group artists. According to Time magazine's Hannah Beech, it is one of the must-see sights in Shanghai.
