Great parrilla! For starters you can try molleja (sweetbreads), or provoleta (BBQed cheese) or if you dare chinchulines (chitlins), they are part of Argentinian traditional parrilla along with morcilla(blood sausage), and Riñón (kidney).
Famous place to eat meat. Make reservation or wait patiently because is always crowded.
Another amazing meat restaurant. Reservations in advance are a must or be ready to wait for hours.
