Rae's has a fun, casual vibe and great outdoor picnic table seating where you can bring your dog. They also have good food and beer selection.

The local haunt, good diner-esq food, $5 bottomless mimosas at brunch, pot pie du jour, really good carbonara. Big booths, never ever a wait to get in.

This is at the north end of the neighborhood, but it's varied and affordable. The Tuesday night trivia games are not to be missed.
