Right over the bay you can find interesting coctails, Champagne flights, great food, music and lounge seating outside over the crashing waves. All within walking distance

Great coffee, and if you park in the Clement Hotel garage (right by the aquarium) you can get your ticket validated at C restaurant - good for 3 hours free parking!
