Edmonton Valley Zoo
Cheap to get in and great place to walk and see the animals year round! We walk over with the kids often. There are always fun activites going on.
First zoo I ever went to. not as big as Calgary Zoo. but will eat an entire day to see the whole thing. I made the mistake of wearing heels the first time I went. ouch! I was told it was small!
The Edmonton Valley Zoo is home to more than 350 animals. From seals and sea lions, red pandas and lemurs, to snowy owls and Arctic fox, these living, breathing animals are the soul of the zoo. Every visit is rich with animal interactions. Animals and their caregivers are regularly out and about…
Calm walk in nature the whole way to the zoo. Beautiful Edmonton River Valley trail takes you all the way there, the walk there and beyond is really nice. 13 min bus ride.
