If you are planning to stay in Barcelona for more than 5 days it is worth taking a trip to see the Dali museum. It is located outside of Barcelona but you can arrive by train. It’s a great day trip.

The Dalí Theatre and Museum, is a museum dedicated to the artist Salvador Dalí in his home town of Figueres. Dalí is buried there in a crypt below the stage.
Very interesting to see how his styles changed, also what a professional self publicist he was. Worth visiting once if you don't like his style & more if you do. There are several Dali museums in this Region
