Particular, fragrant, high, soft and crumbly, it is offered while still steaming and served at the table on wooden cutting boards divided into small portions ready to be enjoyed ... .. "exclusively with your hands"! A whole pizza can be enough to satisfy 3 or 4 people and half is suitable for two people.

Viene proposta una buonissima pizza al metro cotta a legna, da scegliere tra quattro tipi: margherita, funghi, napoli e provola. Per accompagnare il tutto ci sono tre birre, rigorosamente alla spina.
