It’s the cafe that’s closest to Ocean Beach. There’s plenty of seating both inside and out. To close your laptop and walk across the street into the sand to look at the Pacific Ocean and be as far away from your work as possible is a pretty nice thing to be able to do. If you can’t find a spot inside, look for my yellow van by the beach. I have a 1973 VW Bus that I’ve equipped with power and a hotspot, and I often drive down to Ocean Beach and park and just open up my door and work from inside my Bus. So I have my own little coworking space, and there’s room for two more!

Literally across the street from the beach, this coffee shop offers your typical pastries, bagels, and coffee, but throws in a few beers on tap. Take a snack to the beach and relax.
