This spot is a great place to bring a bottle of wine and a picnic lunch. Sit among the roses, throw a frisbee. (Bonus - its right next to Raleigh Little Theatre - catch a local play!)
Beautiful, somewhat hidden gem of Raleigh. Beautiful roses in bloom during the Spring / Summer.
My absolute favorite place! Take a morning walk to Cup a Joe, grab your coffee and make a detour to the Rose Garden. I promise you won't find a better place to enjoy that cup of coffee.
Take a quick walk (1/2 mile) to one of three accredited rose gardens in the Carolinas. It's a great place to relax, have a picnic and occasionally catch live music or early AM yoga.
“Another iconic Raleigh institution, the Player's Retreat (or as the locals call it, PR's) is the only place to be to watch the local Wolfpack vs. Tarheel rivalries in any season.”
“Mitch's is a Raleigh Institution! Expect to see NC State Professors, college students, and Raleigh locals enjoying the cheap eats, cheap drinks and nostalgic vibes.”
“White Oak Crossing is Garner's dominant retail destination. The shopping center provides a vast variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment choices for young and old. ”
