Head to Brooklyn to find this vegan Ethiopian spot. There’s injera with all the traditional fixings like keysir selat—a cold, sautéed salad with carrots, potatoes, and beets—and a steamed collard dish called gomen. Wash it all down with a selection of Ethiopian beers and t’ej, traditional honey wine. Finish your meal with their namesake coffee. It’s made from roasted Sidamo beans brewed with cloves and cardamom.

Incredible all vegan Ethiopian food. If you're not vegan... Don't worry, this food is so amazing you won't care. I love Ethiopian food, in general, because of the communal nature of the meals. It's fun and delicious. Bunna also does a traditional coffee ceremony, and offers cooking classes. Love…
Delicious Authentic Ethiopian Cuisine! Please note: cash only. There is ATM inside the cafe.
Amazing vegetarian Ethiopian food. Grab some friends (or a partner) and order a tray. Try the coffee and you're in for a ceremony. One of the best values in the neighborhood.
“Roberta’s literally put Bushwick on the map: before Roberta’s very few people were venturing out to this corner of Brooklyn. Opened in 2008, Roberta’s still has the best pizza around. They don’t take reservations and you should be prepared to wait. Our favorite item on the menu is the Bee Sting Pizza, featuring spicy soppressata with a drizzle of honey.”
