It's out of downtown but if you want try the real "Bistecca Fiorentina" this is the place. Tell Paolo your are Thomas' Friends and you will have a super service. They are open for lunch and only Friday for dinner.

Da Burde is one of the few romantic restaurants in Florence that manages to be fun, captivating and refined at the same time. Recommended by the Michelin guide on the best restaurants in Florence, Da Burde is a gem that serves inexpensive Tuscan cuisine in an environment with a refined flavor. Tomato soup is a must.
