Worth the ferry ride to get to this fish and chips restaurant. The BEST ONE in town, in my humble opinion.
Absolutely the Best Fish and Chips, Lobster sandwiches, Chowder, etc. This place is new and VERY popular. Expect a wait but it's worth it!
An award winning and Brit run fish and chip shop offering traditional fare. All good - even the mushy peas! You definitely need to sample the locally produced British inspired beers and ales, all served in "proper" 20 oz pint measures. Tasty!
Ready for the English Fish and Chips experience? Proper Fish something for you!
Small, cozy, neighborhood restaurant that serves great fish. Order at the counter then find a table. There might be a wait....closed on Mondays.
“great little area with shops and restaurants and very quaint movie theater ”
“This is a fun diner, get a burger and fries, add a milkshake, you're on vacation!”
“Take a ferry from downtown across the Sound to Winslow on Bainbridge Island. You'll see spectacular views of the Seattle skyline and can walk into this quaint town. Check out Hitchcock Deli for lunch or make reservations at Hitchcock for a special Northwest dining experience. Mora Ice Cream, gift shops and wine tastings. ”
“On the corner of Winslow Way and Madrone Lane in downtown Winslow, Blackbird Bakery is a local treasure. Grab a pastry or sandwich to go, or sit down inside and watch the world go by. ”
“Mark and I were married here! Absolutely beautiful restored working farm that was one of the main food sources when Bainbridge was still a tiny logging town. They run delightful community dinners a few times a month - give them a call to chat about times and openings as they move around! Chefs Ty and Noelle are absolute geniuses.”
