Great Pond Mountain Conservation Trust (10 min away +/-) On the northern (right as you face the water) end of the lake is Great Pond Mountain. There are trails here and incredible views from the top. The trails are part of the Great Pond Mountain Conservation Trust. It’s about a 10 minute drive to park. You get there by taking a left out of the driveway, go 2.5 miles to the stop sign at the end of 176 and turn left onto Rt. 1.
