There’s a lively scene at this rooftop bar high above the street in the 11th arrondissement. Not only is it a good place to bring a date for drinks, it’s also a good place to find a date. It’s one of the hottest places in Paris right now, so don’t be dismayed by the huge line. It’s definitely worth waiting. There is another location of Le Perchoir, which means “perch” in English, on top of the BHV department store, but it’s only open after store hours.

With summer brings very long days and the desire to stay out as long as possible (at least for me). Le Perchoir is a rooftop bar in Paris 11eme that has a great vibe and is a mix of locals and not so locals. Cocktails are around 10-12€, so can be pricey, but worth it for the ambiance. If you're with a few people and planning to spend ame time, may be better to order a chilled bottle of rosé. Seating can be limited, so if you plan to be here for the night, try to arrive by 7pm latest. There is a menu of bar food available and if you want to splurge, there is a restaurant one floor below the rooftop. warning, it is expensive and you will likely need a reservation.
