Many delicious restaurants are located here! Pretty much any restaurant in this small neighborhood has good reviews. Many locals head to this neighborhood for happy hour.

Another area with bars, restuarants, and nightlife. This area is a bit more upscale and expensive compared to the Ust and Hst areas.

“BUSTLING | MUSIC-FILLED | DIVERSE The U Street Corridor, sometimes called Cardozo/Shaw or Cardozo, is a commercial and residential district in Northwest Washington, D.C., most of which also constitutes the Greater U Street Historic District. Our Recommendations:- Where to Eat - 1. Ben's Chilli Bowl (President Obama has visited this location) 2. Dukem Ethiopian Restaurant 3. Haikan Ramen 4. Compass Rose * 5. Ghibellina 6. Le Diplomete * 7. Jinya Ramen * reservation recommended Where to Drink - 1. Hawthorne 2. Left Door 3. American Ice Company 4. The Fainting Goat 5. Church Key What to Do - 1. “Love Georgetown! okay to be honest Georgetown for me consists of M Street and the boardwalk near the harbor. Georgetown Cupcake has become a staple for locals as well as a must far first-time visitors since there long-standing show that aired on HGTV I believe?! Good Stuff Eatery is great for organic, chicken veggie burgers and they have awesome thick milkshake. Of course there is the shopping all along M Street, and then there's fine dining style restaurants along the boardwalk where you'll find boats docked nearby the ferry further down. Underneath Key Bridge you can find rentals for kayaking or paddleboards for stand up paddle boarding.”

“Restaurants and bars are located along 14th Street. The best known restaurant is Le Diplomate, however there are additional restaurants nearby. Blackjack is a good bar to go to.”

“HAUTE FASHION | LIVE MUSIC | HOME DECOR The primarily residential neighborhood includes two historic districts, properties listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and sites designated D.C. Historic Landmarks. Vermont Avenue NW, Rhode Island Avenue NW, 13th Street NW, and P Street NW meet at the circle. An equestrian statue of Major General John A. Logan stands at its center. It is the only major circle downtown that remains entirely residential. Our Recommendations:- The Logan Circle neighborhood is adjacent to the U-St corridor. The recommendations we have for U-St should apply here too! ”
