It's a 24/7 open tea garden. You can drink tea just for 2 lira, while you enjoying Bosphorus and the ferries. ;)

Tea garden right next to the Bosphorus. Really basic tea garden with in my opinion beautiful easy-going atmosphere. Enjoy this little relaxed place.
