Cheyenne Mountain Zoo
A leader in conservation, captive breeding and animal care, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo connects people with wildlife and wild places through experiences that inspire action.
One of the best zoos in America located on Cheyenne Mountain, just behind the Broadmoor Hotel. Be sure to wear walking shoes, drink a lot of water, and take money to buy food for the giraffes.
We think this is the best Zoo in Colorado! Have you ever been to a zoo in the mountains? It's just beautiful! Don't miss the Grizzly Bear exhibit!
Visit America's only mountain zoo! Named 6th-best zoo in the nation it has amazing views of the city and plains. Hand-feed giraffes and budgies and ride the open air ski lift. I especially enjoy the carousel build around 1925!
