Best chip shop in Falmouth. Something for everyone, great sustainable fish, pies, veggie and vegan battered food (wow!). Takeaway and cafe and you can take yours into the excellent pub (The Front) below which serves great ales.
Award-winning fish and chips. Eat in, or take your food out onto Custom House Quay and watch the boats. Alternatively, The Waterfront pub allows you to bring food in.
Local fish and chips served as a takeaway or eat in the licensed restaurant with lovely views across the harbour. Children's meals are served in a free bucket and they get a spade when they finish. Enjoy an ice cream cornet for dessert!
“Locals favourite because the beer is great. Located in a cellar under Harbour Lights fish and chip shop. Take your chips in and enjoy with a pint. It's not posh here but the atmosphere is great, very friendly. Lots of regular events, pub quiz, breton dancing, open mic etc. Dogs like this pub too!”
“If you have forgotten to bring anything on your holidays you can probably find it in Trago. They sell a remarkable diversity of goods and are extremely cheap. Cornwall's answer to IKEA and is not for the faint hearted. There is a cafe on the top floor with an amazing view, the food is OK and can't argue with Trago prices.”
“Great food, simple but stylish decor, and a friendly place. Live music on Sunday evenings with a stunning view.”
“A day out in Falmouth can be combined with a visit to Pendennis Castle, a walk along the beach and a visit to Falmouth's superb shops and restaurants. ”
“We've visited this restaurant on several occasions its one of the best low key seafood restaurants in Falmouth. Great experience but they only take cash and you must book well in advance to secure a table, oh and be prepared to get your hands dirty. Shellfish only!”
