A great neighbourhood for shopping and restaurants.

Ponsonby is a popular destination for a vibrant nightlife. Have dinner at one of the many restaurants and bars and continue the night in the same area. Friday and Saturday nights are usually buzzing with life. Note that many bars and clubs shut at around 2 - 3am.

If you're keen on getting amongst the hustle and bustle of the city then Ponsonby is a great place to go - fabulous shopping with all the designer labels, well known food spots and a great place to have a few drinks and a dance later in the night.
